  • Late Payments: Any overdue payments may incur late fees or result in suspension of services until the balance is settled.

  • Non-Payment Consequences: Failure to pay may result in legal action, collection efforts, or reporting to credit agencies.

  • We do not offer refunds for completed services.

5. No Legal Liability & Limitation of Responsibility

Neema Private Security provides preventative and deterrent security measures but does not guarantee complete protection from crime, harm, or property loss.

  • We are not liable for damages, losses, or claims arising from criminal acts, force majeure (natural disasters, riots, terrorist acts), or third-party misconduct.

  • We do not assume liability for theft, bodily injury, or damage to client property occurring while our services are in effect.

  • Security guards act as deterrents and may not engage in physical altercations unless permitted by law and required for self-defense or the protection of others.

  • We are not responsible for unauthorized or unlawful actions taken by third parties while security personnel are on duty.

  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold Neema Private Security harmless from any claims, lawsuits, or damages related to security incidents.

6. Service Agreements & Termination

  • Services are governed by written contracts that specify terms, scope, and obligations.

  • We reserve the right to terminate services if:

    • The client violates the terms of the agreement.

    • Payment obligations are unmet.

    • Security personnel are exposed to unsafe working conditions or excessive risks beyond agreed terms.

    • The nature of the security risk exceeds our company’s operational scope.

  • The client may cancel services with prior written notice, as outlined in the contract. Fees may apply for cancellations without proper notice.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • We handle all client information with strict confidentiality and do not disclose sensitive information unless required by law or agreed upon in writing.

8. Third-Party Links & Services
